Dr. Andrea Otto earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, Washington.  She served on Active Duty as a Family Physician in the US Army for 4.5 additional years, primarily assigned to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri where she provided comprehensive family-centered care for soldiers, family members, and retirees.  Dr. Otto and her husband, Randall, live in Fenton and have three children.
